Exchange and Return Policy

This policy is based on our commitment to always serve you better and offer you the best possible customer experience.

Here are our policy guidelines:

  • Any unopened product* may be returned to the store where the initial purchase was made for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Any product opened and defective* may be exchanged for an identical product at the store where the initial purchase was made within 30 days of the date of purchase, with the exception of consoles. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Video game consoles, with the exception of Microsoft consoles, may not be exchanged or reimbursed at any store. Please consult one of our specialists for more details regarding manufacturers’ after-sales service.
  • Pre-played games have a lifetime guarantee and may be exchanged for an identical product after unsuccessful disk resurfacing.  If an identical product cannot be provided, it will be replaced by a product of the same initial value chosen by the customer. The lifetime guarantee covers normal use, but does not cover accidental or voluntary physical damage caused to the disk. Proof of purchase is required from the store where the initial purchase was made.
  • Defective used game consoles and accessories* are guaranteed and will be exchanged for an identical product or replaced by a product of the same value chosen by the customer within 30 days of the date of purchase at the store where the initial purchase was made. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Books, strategy guides, software and PC games are considered a final sale and cannot be returned to any store.
